Contract Opportunity – Culture and Heritage Strategy
We are looking to partner with a consultant/facilitator to support and write the new Culture & Heritage Strategy for Hyndburn, as well as to act as a critical support in scoping and informing the strategy. We are looking for an individual/organisation with the ability to understand where we are, our ambition, and how best to achieve it for the long term. The process will open up and facilitate discussions with stakeholders across the town and wider borough in varied, relevant and effective ways. They want to create space and opportunity to be honest and ambitious in what we want to achieve over the next 10 years and importantly what is needed to make that possible.
