Local Land Charges 1 (LLC1)
Form LLC1 is an official request sent in by your solicitor, asking the council to carry out a search of the local Land Charges Register.
The Council will search the statutory Land Charges Register and the Planning Register and issue certificates showing any entries, but will not list any entries on non-statutory registers, i.e. Building Control, Environmental or parts of the LCC Highways Register, they will only be disclosed in a full search (LLC1 and CON290/CON29R).
