Hyndburn no longer has a stand-alone housing strategy. Hyndburn’s housing aims and priorities are included within the Pennine Lancashire Housing Strategy 2009-2029. Pennine Lancashire includes the local authority districts of Blackburn with Darwen, Burnley, Hyndburn, Pendle, Ribble Valley and Rossendale.
