Pennine Lancashire Strategic Housing Teams have been working together to produce the Pennine Lancashire Housing Strategy. This strategy provides a long term vision for all aspects of housing within the Pennine Lancashire area. It reflects the Regional Housing Strategy’s key principles of:

- Quantity
- People
The Pennine Lancashire area covers 6 neighbouring local authorities of Blackburn with Darwen, Hyndburn, Burnley, Pendle, Ribble Valley and Rossendale.
