Private Landlords’ Forum

The purpose of the Landlords’ Forum is to promote consultation between the Council and private landlords who rent properties within the Borough of Hyndburn.

The Forum run in partnership with the National Landlords Association (NLA) provides an opportunity to meet with members of the Council including the Housing Standards Team, along with other landlords and managing agents in order to develop good working partnerships and provides an opportunity to share best practice.

The business of the Forum is varied and in the past has included presentations and discussions on a wide variety of topics including The Fire Service and DWP. As such it is an effective arena for you to share your views, news and experiences of the private rented sector and to be updated on any proposed changes expected in legislation etc.

Attendance at the Landlords’ Forum is free and is open to all private landlords and managing agents who rent property within the Hyndburn area.
