Hyndburn Council has a dedicated Commercial Property section run by members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
Types of property include, shops, offices, industrial units and land for residential, industrial, and grazing uses. The majority of the Council’s properties are already leased out however from time to time properties do become available to lease. When properties do become available the details will appear on this page of the Council’s website.
The lettings are commercial lettings similar to privately owned business properties. The leases available are business tenancies at full market value which can range from as short a period as 12 months and up to 20 years. Contract terms are similar to privately owned commercial lettings and can be tailored by negotiation to meet individual business needs.
All lettings are Subject to Contract, Council Approval and the receipt of satisfactory references.
