The Householder Design Guide Supplementary Planning Document provides advice for applicants and house owners in terms of development proposals, and aims to aid you in gaining planning permission. It gives guidance regarding acceptable design and is to be used with the appropriate supporting Validation Checklist.
If you are intending to apply for planning permission then please note the new requirements regarding site and location plans in the Validation Checklists.
