Exercising Dogs in Hyndburn's Cemeteries
Notice is hereby given that on the 16th December 2008 Hyndburn Borough Council made The Borough of Hyndburn Dog Control (Dogs on Leads) Order 2008 (No1) (the Order) under section 55 of the Clean Neighbourhoods and Environment Act 2005.
The effect of the Order is to make it an offence for any person who is in charge of a dog to fail to keep the dog on a lead on land known as:
- Accrington Cemetery, Burnley Road, BB5 6HA.
- Dill Hall Cemetery (Church/Clayton), Dill Hall Lane BB5 4DL.
- Great Harwood Cemetery, Blackburn Road, Great Harwood, BB6 7LU.
- Rishton / Great Harwood Cemetery, Lee Lane BB1 4AN.
