What Happens Next?
If you meet the criteria for the scheme you will be asked to provide further information such as proof of identification and proof of income. We will also contact your current/previous Landlord to confirm the details any tenancy. We will also contact any service that you have told us that you or members of your household are working with. For example, Social Worker, Probation, Youth Offending Team. This is so we can assess what level of support you may need in a new tenancy.
Once we have all the relevant information we will advise you if you have been successful in securing a place on the scheme. Once you have been told that you have been accepted onto the scheme you can start looking for a property. We can assist you in the process of looking for a property.
