How Long Will It Be Before I Can Move In?
Our viewing Officer will arrange to look at the property to meet the Landlord and to ensure that the property is suitable and meets certain health and safety requirements. We will take an inventory of furniture and fittings at the property. Will aim to carry out our inspections within a week of you giving us all the information we need. Because of the way housing benefit payments are made, tenancies will commence on a Monday.
