Second Homes
Second homes are those properties which are furnished but are not someone’s sole or main residence. Prior to 1 April 2013, these were charged at 50%.
From the 1 April 2013, 100% of the Council Tax will be payable.
If this property is now occupied full time, please inform us as soon as possible.
