A short leaflet explaining the procedure to obtain permission to speak at a Planning Committee meeting regarding a planning application.
From June 2021 Planning Committee meetings are again taking place in the Council Offices, but please check the meeting venue by contacting memberservices@hyndburnbc.gov.uk
To speak at Planning Committee you either need to complete the online Have your say, deciding planning applications form or the downloadable form below which you will have to print, complete and then return to member services by post or by attaching to an email to memberservices@hyndburnbc.gov.uk
