A mother finds out she is expecting twins and owing to the poverty she finds herself in, she cannot keep both of them so gives one away to the rich lady she works for who cannot conceive.
The twins are raised only streets apart in the heart of Liverpool. Their lives take very different paths with one living in poverty and the other in privilege. Following a chance meeting, the pair form an unlikely friendship.
What will happen if they every find out the secret of their shared history?
