About Food Premises Approval
The Food Team is required to inspect and approve any premises selling, manufacturing or handling any products of animal origin. This can include meat, dairy, egg or fish product plants and wholesale businesses that re-wrap food.
The EC Regulations do not apply to catering or retail applications.
