Investigating Complaints about Working Conditions

Complaints may be received from time to time from employees who are unhappy about the conditions they are required to work under or perhaps about some unsafe condition noted in the workplace.

Officers from environmental health services will visit and investigate these complaints and, if necessary, take action to resolve the problem.
