You can make a cash payment at any major high street bank by asking them to credit the council’s bank account.

Please be aware that there may be a charge if you do not have an account with the bank.

However, you can pay your council tax by cash by using your Barcoded Bill and paying at the post office or any of the other Paypoints throughout Hyndburn.
