Additional Land Charge Queries

Solicitors can make up their own extra questions, for an additional fee. These must relate to functions carried out by the Council, e.g. What is the authorised use of the property for planning purposes?, etc.

If the question relates to an adjoining piece of land, e.g. with regard to possible housing or commercial development, a clear plan of the land should be supplied.

Questions containing vague expressions such as, in the vicinity of the property, will not be answered.

We suggest metric measurements are used e.g. within 50m, etc.
