Council Tax – Landlord Connect

From 1st April 2020, all Landlord correspondence for Housing Benefits will be sent via a CONNECT  account and a notification will be sent by email.

Moving to faster, more economic and greener communications helps everyone: landlords are notified as soon as a change is made, they can access all documents in one place and the money saved can be put back into our services, improving delivery for all.

Details needed such as a PIN number are on the Landlord CONNECT  letter we sent dated 1^st February 2020.
