Planning Enforcement Notices/Stop Notices
The Council issues Enforcement Notices where, in the opinion of the Council, harmful unauthorised development has taken place and prior discussions have not resulted in the rectification of the breach of control.
Enforcement Notices served since January 2013 can be found either by finding the Enforcement Number in the Enforcement Register spreadsheet using the link in Further Information, then searching by number or do a direct search on the address in the Search Planning Applications page, make sure to select “Received any time “in the list at the left hand side of the page.
