The Statement of Community Involvement (SCI) sets out how the Council proposes to involve those with an interest in the future of Hyndburn in both plan making and decisions on planning applications. The Council is required to review and update this document (where necessary) at least every five years.
The Council’s Cabinet approved a revised SCI in March 2022.
